Packaging: Customers must ensure that all goods are appropriately packed and secured for shipment. EliteIntermodal is not liable for damage due to improper packaging.
Compliance with Laws: You must ensure that the goods being shipped comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and standards.
Pricing: The prices for services are determined by the specific type of service requested, the weight and size of the shipment, destination, and any additional services required. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Time Frame for Claims: Any claims for damaged, lost, or delayed shipments must be reported within a specified period of time from the delivery date (typically 30 days). Failure to report within this time frame may result in denial of the claim.
Claim Process: Claims must be submitted in writing, and customers are required to provide supporting documentation for the claim, including proof of value and any relevant photos.
EliteIntermodal reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any customer who violates these terms or engages in activities deemed harmful to our operations.
